Can you introduce your project and explain how it contributes to addressing SDG 1, No Poverty?
So our project Humanity club is an organization which working for social work , we are doing all type of charity work for the needy one in our society and along with this we are also providing educational workshops in school/college/slums where we adress critical issues like women empowerment, child welfare, mental health and social equality.
What motivated you to focus on eradicating poverty, and how did your journey begin?
from very beginning i wanted to help others but don't know the right way , all i know that I'm privileged enough that i have blessed with basic necessities like house, food & clothes but this is the dream for others.. so i thought god might have choosen me to blessed so that i can help other.
Can you highlight some of the key initiatives or projects you have been involved in to combat poverty?
We are working on the projects of women empowerment where we are going to slum to do surveys and understanding there lifestyle and providing right awareness them for menstruation health and hygiene & distributing pads to them .....also we are doing workshops everywhere to provide right education and awareness about critical issues which no one talk about.

What are some of the main challenges you've encountered in your work towards achieving SDG 1, and how have you overcome them?
Main challenge is FUNDING because being a student it's very tough task for me but i never loose a hope and always finding way to overcome this
Second challenge would be finding right volunteer/team.
How do you ensure that your poverty alleviation programs are sustainable and have a lasting impact?
Okay so for the lasting impacts we have targeted few slums and just working on them for like months to give them permanent aid not a temporary one
We are making sure to always visit more frequently in few particular slums and see how things going there , we are trying to give them stable cure.
Can you discuss any successful collaborations or partnerships that have contributed significantly to your anti-poverty initiatives?
We have done so many drives in collaboration with other NGO because at the end all NGO have one aim so sometimes when my budget get low i join hand with other respective NGO for a successful drive and together we do pad drives, bhandara etc.
In your opinion, what are some effective strategies or approaches for addressing the root causes of poverty?
Firstly we need to find "real needy one" so many times i had encountered with those slums where they already have fridge, TV and other basic necessities and still they act like they are so poor ,
We need to do proper research surveys and everything to reach out real needy one so that we can give them genuine help
Secondly we need to give them some stable cure not like temporary/one time cure
Because most of NGO visit there once distribute item's click pictures and go vanish forever but in my opinion we need to target few slums and location & should visit or provide them till we feel that they are now in better or stable state !!
How do you prioritize the needs of the most vulnerable populations in your poverty reduction efforts?
I feel like we should not make them very dependent on us, i mean they won't do anything on there own when they thought that some NGO will come and help us or provide us
We should educate nd aware them that should be there own provider by doing any work irrespective of gender we can guide them but shouldn't make them very dependent on us
For example we can guide slums women to do any part time work and be there own provider so that every month we don't need to visit and give them pad.
Once they start earning maybe through labouring, doing maid work, sweeping or anything then they can atleast buy there own pad or any other basic things
Same way we can aware and empower every child of slum for going school and be educated or learn some skills so they in future they can be independent.
What advice would you give to individuals or organizations looking to make a meaningful impact in the fight against poverty?
I will always suggest to make each and every being in society to be independent no matter what so that they don't have to beg or have to dependent on any organisation or ngo.
